Hosted by the American Probation and Parole Association (APPA), the 2020 Winter Training Institute will provide an interactive learning experience for professionals involved in the community corrections, juvenile justice, and treatment fields. Through workshops, intensive sessions, guest speakers, and a resource expo, the Winter Training Institute will impart knowledge and tools to help shape the future of community corrections by meeting the needs of today’s professionals, with a focus on supporting those with substance addictions and mental illnesses.

This year’s theme is “Safer Communities: Belief is the Foundation of Success..”
