The European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction  recently released a 30 page report covering new psychoactive substances (NPS). This report includes influences in school, family, nightlife and sexual health settings, emergency and clinical services, specialized treatment settings, and platforms for the delivery of health responses and interventions.
