The Director of National Drug Control Policy Michael Botticelli will host a webinar highlighting ways hospitals are aiding individuals who have opioid use disorder and guide individuals who have suffered overdose to treatment.

Director Botticelli will outline the Administration's response to the opioid crisis and make a call to action. Expert panelists will provide an overview of comprehensive approaches. Models will include elements such as peer engagement and recovery coaching, in-hospital initiation of medication to treat opioid use disorder, counseling, and other psychosocial services.
