The NDEWS Network is becoming the CESAR Network. It is a virtual community of researchers, practitioners, and concerned citizens across the United States and in many other countries. This Network offers a forum to share and discuss information about emerging drugs and changing drug use trends, as well as to assist with drug research. You can view archived posts, and participate by posting to the forum via the web site, email or a smartphone app.

To subscribe to the CESAR Network:

1. Please add the forum's email address to your spam filter's whitelist or your IT department's email screening software to allow messages to be received from: cesar [at] discoursemail.com (DO NOT send mail TO this address)
2. To create your account, go to: https://network.cesaresearch.org/
3. You will be asked to create a username and password. 
4. For any confirmation email you might receive, please open and click on the link.
